By ordering from this website you agree to our Terms and Conditions as described here. From this point onwards, the terms “we”, “us” or “The Company” refer to Icon Audio (UK) Ltd. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before placing your order and retain a copy of these terms and conditions for your records.
If your order is accepted then you accept the obligation to pay the total amount made aware to you at the end of the checkout process including delivery costs as described in these terms and conditions.
We will only accept credit/debit cards in the name and address of the person ordering. Goods will not be despatched until full payment has been received.
Placing an order is legally binding. This does not affect your statutory rights. Please see “Cancellation and Returns” below.
Goods supplied by us are invoiced and payable in Pounds Sterling only.
Icon Audio products can be found at many retailers all over the world. Please do not be surprised if your local pricing is somewhat higher than the UK Sterling prices listed on our website. When we build products for export we incur additional manufacturing costs in order to comply with local requirements. In addition, our distributors must also pay for international shipping, insurance and local taxes/duties/trade tariffs etc. We work with our distributors to keep these costs down and, while you may pay a little more for an Icon Audio product outside the UK, we are certain that it will be worth it!
We aim to despatch orders within three business days for items held in stock wherever possible. Any order specific requirements such as valve matching may cause a delay in despatching your order. If an item is out of stock you will be advised by email of the anticipated delivery time.
We use a combination of Royal Mail, DHL and UPS services. Small or low value orders will be sent by Royal Mail signed for service. Large or high value orders will be sent by DHL or UPS.
Cancellation and Returns
If after placing an order you wish to cancel it, then you should contact us by telephone within 24 hours of placing the order and confirm the cancellation by email using the same email address used to place the order. Our contact details are shown below under “Contact Information”. Goods already despatched cannot be cancelled and the delivery should be refused.
Refunds will be given at the discretion of the Company management. If the product(s) arrives in a damaged condition then you must inform us by email within 48 hours of receipt and at our discretion return the goods to us within 14 days via a recorded delivery or tracked service. Damaged goods will either by refunded or replaced.
Unwanted goods may be returned to us within 7 days from receipt. Goods must be returned complete, unused and with the original packaging. The cost of returning and appropriately insuring unwanted goods until satisfactory receipt us will be borne by the customer. A 10% testing and re-stocking fee will be deducted from the value of the goods unwanted.
